<p>I ordered books from Lapa about two weeks ago and sent them an e-mail yesterday to request the tracking number as I haven't received it yet. Within 5 minutes of my e-mail being sent, Belinda Grobler phoned me and without hesitation promised to resend my order to my work address in order to receive it before Christmas. This morning before 08:00 Mveli Nhlapo from Internet Express called to confirm the delivery address and I received my parcel just after 11:00. We always read about bad service, but I really wanted to praise these two people on excellent customer service. Thank you once again.</p>
