Extremely Bad Service

<p>I am a memeber at Lapa Uitgewers and every month they take their deduction of my memeber fees at the right time, but I always have to phone and ask when am I recieving my book, then the person on the other side of the phone is also plain rude. Every month now the books take longer and longer to reach me and I have change it from being delivered by the post office to being courierd to me, trying to make things go easier but stil the service is bad. I once waited a month longer for my books to reach me. I feel it is unprofessional to take m money and not make sure I get my books in time, I also pay a fee for courier to make sure I get it in time, but still no service. this is most likely a ***** company</p>
