<p>I ordered books to the value of R500.</p> <p>I did everything to the letter of the word how to pay what to send where to send.....</p> <p>Today 6 weeks after payment I tried to trace how long the delivary takes.</p> <p>Never in my life did I experience such bad unfriendly customer care. At the end I just apologised for wasting their time and my money to try and order and told them I will file a review on hellopeter.com. THIS always work and it always surprise me how fast a enquiry then receive attention and get resolved.</p>
