Very disappointed!

All the way from Bloemfontein…. Very disappointed with Lanzerac Spa today. On arrival, we were told that they had no record of our booking, after telephonically making and confirming with them on Tuesday. But we were allowed to used the facilities….. Lovely Valentine’s gift!…..🥺
