<p>at the till paying for my items on via debit card the. System delayed and lady assisting request we try again as their maxhine is very. Slow today and I advised her I don't have my phone where the sms find will be sent to. She tried again and it rejected my purchase . So I went to the arm and realized the sale went through. So I went back to the store, showed the lady and she than told me that on her side it didn't go through and that it would bounce back. Requested to speak to the manager . She told me the same that it would bounce back within 24 hours so I than asked it doesn't what's next ? She than says I'd have to bring my bank statement so I asked for my items to be out aside so I could come back and purchase them one the money bounce back. She than said she couldn't as these where sale items. I than told her that I understand that but I had had money in my account and their machine wasn't faulty I would have purchased my things and when home, so I must trust them that my money will bounce back but they don't trust that I'll come back and buy the items I came in to buy?! Worse when she asked it the card was mine or not and that maybe it had too much bank charges. </p>
