Great experience buying online @Lantis Electronics

I was absolutely blown away by the service from Lantis Electronics. Having found them online, I inquired about a part that I was not sure of. <br> I did not expect a reply. <br> Well was I ever surprised. Not only did they respond quickly with the information I needed and the good news that they had stock, but the price was right too. The website and payment electronically was easy and went smoothly (hats of to the web designer too). <br> This was only the beginning. When I switched my computer on the next morning there was already a tracking number in my mailbox! Jolene then continued to send me a daily update on the whereabouts of my parcel travelling from Pretoria to Greyton in the Western Cape. <br> Yes she actually did the tracking on my behalf. I received my items today in perfect condition with a hand written note on the invoice thanking me for my purchase. <br> Of course this was followed with a confirmation via email that my order is now complete. Well done to Jolene for super service and to Lantis Electronics for stocking a really impressive range of turntable whatchamacallits! Will definitely be shopping with them again. Riaan
