I ordered a relatively small item (both in terms of cost and size), and had the misfortune to experience another Post Office strike (July). However, despite this, Jolene from Lantis Electronics kept me up to date the whole time through tracking the parcel, until it arrived at the Cape hub ... This attitude not only engenders trust in a company, but also has a feel-good factor, something that is lacking in today's business world.
