Terrible.

Flight from Lanseria to Durban on 22 March 2020, 12:55 via Kulula. Floors were terribly dirty and sticky. Unfinished and unsafe construction everywhere. A staff member fell asleep next to me. The staff was also very rude to an old couple, both in wheelchairs, who needed help to get onto the plane. The roof was leaking and caused a toddler to fall on the floor. Rude staff.
