****** ID book by customer service consultant

<p>I checked in at lanseria airport on the 14/10/2016 departing from lanseria to capetown. Mango airline consultant assisted me with bad attitude and struggled to get a flight. After checking in the consultant did not return my ID book. I informed consultant that she did not give me my ID book and she insisted that she gave it back to me. I passed boarding gates without ID book. please bring back my ID book</p>
