service is on a downwards trend

<p>In the past 3months the service at the airport went down drastically. Flight delays..... incorrect info of flights displaing on digital screen. And today i was called on the intercom cause apparently i am late. But the flight is delayed because it doesn't have enought fuel for the flight. 45mins after boarding and still waiting.</p>
