Long term Parking Barricaded

Long Term Parking barricaded We flew from Lanseria on 8th March 2019, so arrived there at approximately 07:00am to park. As we have parked in the Long term parking several times in the past, we made our way through the normal parking, but when we got to the entrance to Long term parking it was barricaded closed with a yellow barrier. We presumed that with all the renovating going on it was not usable. There also was no machine in which to put the ticket to show we had entered long term parking. We went back and parked in the normal parking. When we returned on 12th March, we were charged R595 for parking, instead of the discounted long term rate. We spoke to Information about it who gave us Mr Kennith Norris' email address. I emailed him to request a refund, and he rep**** in such a way to basically say we are lying and we will not get a refund, If Lanseria is renovating to such an extent that it causes confusion for your clients, the very least you can do is be understanding and apologise. Instead we are met with a rude man who basically has told us to get stuffed. We will not fly from Lanseria ever again.
