Cart Drivers MIA

After a long and tiring flight on the 9th of April. After bag collection at around 4:40pm i was waiting for over 20min outside for a cart driver which never happened. i had to take my suite cases all by my self to the far end to get to the long term parking area and what do I come across THREE carts parked next to each other but no drivers. I fly from Lanseria every month and this is becoming unacceptable I even had something ****** off the back of my truck in long term which was covered and hidden in the far back a few months ago. I have even been charged short term rates once when i was parked in long term, when I complained I was instructed to come back because the person responsible was not there which unfortunately I do not have the time to do. I have many other complaints but I do not enjoy complaining. But this has become unacceptable.
