Carful where you park at Lanseria and rude Staff!!!!!

I had the misfortune of having to use Lanseria, when usually I use ORT. I had to park to collect my mother who was coming in from Durban. Picked up the ticket after checking with Security that it was a short term stop and parked and went in. Collected Passenger Who was in a wheel chair went straight back to the parking lot and on exiting the ticket machine said ticket invalid......? First time ever had this the attendant pushing the wheel chair said oh well problem they will sort it out at the gate. So all good after spending 15 minutes looking for another machine and all said invalid. So eventually say stuff it and proceed to the gate. Where I was met with total incompetency and rudeness and had to pay R21 for exceeding the 30 mins free. might I have to add Had the indignity of being stared at by numerous people after I closed up one lane...... Where the hell must I go reverse and go back to the parking to extend my stay for even more money. I will not be using Lanseria again. Idiots I deserve an apology!!!!!!!!!!!
