Car Clamped, Rim Damaged in a process and forced to pay R500.

I parked my car for 10 minutes, not knowing that it was

parked *******. Upon my return, it was clamped

I was forced to pay R500 as I was advised that my car
was not going to be freed. I was advised to use internet
banking or call any of my friends to make that payment
on my behalf in case I don't have the R500. And I was
not answered of where that R500 was going.

The saddest part is that I did not see the notice in my entering
your premises that advised of car clamp/******* parking/R500 fine.
I had to bear the pain for my not seeing the notice. I also realized
that you are not making an effort to advise your clients of *******
parking as it incentives you. If you take on such responsibility of fining
people that money, you need to go out of your way to ensure that
your security notifies your clientele of the consequences. As business
you need to solve a problem and not be part of the problem. The monetary reward
derived from these fines make you content not to come up with solutions.
I feel so violated!! I had to make a payment as I needed to be somewhere as
soon as possible. Upon inspecting my car, I discovered that my rim was damaged
by you clamping my car. I have learned from the letter from your cashier that you
take no responsibility caused in a process. That is being so BULLY AND ARROGANT!!

I would like to have my money back and be advised on what to do with the damage to
my rim.
