Bags cut open, where the security??

Both of my and my girlfriends bags cut open and zips broken. Where is the security?? Are you going to pay for the replacing of the zips?

I will never fly to your airport again

And when I wanted to speak to the baggage desk, the "lady" there could not give a cr*p, just continued speaking on the phone
