Bad experience at lanseria airport

on 9/12/2019 i went Lanseria aiport to pick my daughter ,it happed that my parking ticket felt on floor of rental car office , so i was prepared to py R210 lost , ticket the process was nightmare , i have to encounter these ladyat office no greeting she just wanted to know what i want with very angry horrible look she gave the attitude worst i ever encounter she told go to police station make statement comeback to her fill in the form at her desk, it was raining i was wet as no shelter between police station and airport terminal , after paying ,it happed that as o walk to my car i saw the ticket i lost exactly at car rental the lady at car rental acknowledge that is mine it was just less than 3 minutes between my payment and finding my ticket, i went to the pay office to show here that i found my ticket immediately she said she wont refund me i raised my voice out of anger then she decided that she will do it must phone her boss and i must write e-mail take photo of my receipt all these under rude attitude i realized that she is undermining me because of my race ,i stayed almost two hours fighting for my justice with these matter i phoned Trevor manager he got my story and promise to comeback to me its almost pass two day no action or reply from customer care manager from the airport i pray for all people using the airport parking lot not to loss you're ticket you will be subject to all those process for merely R200, no checking of id or driver license to verify information if is correct at police station
