EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

This is the worst service ever. Ordered concrete, made payment immediately (as per request) scheduled concrete delivery for 13h00. By 15h30 no communication from them to be informed at 16h00 that they are not going to deliver. Scheduled for next morning 08h00 - 1st truck arrives at 09h30 with communication that 2nd truck already on route. Wow, it is 14h00 and 2nd truck still not on site - again - no communication. I most certainly will not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use them again. They have no concern regarding penalties that need to be paid for sites that are late nor do they have the common courtesy to contact the client to inform them of any issues - you have to contact them and then get all the excuses in the book
