Appalling Customer Service from Lanseria Readymix

This company’s business acumen is appalling. I ordered 25cubes of 25mpa pump mix together with cubes and testing which I was charged for separately. On agreed date of delivery and pouring they called at 6:30am communicating that they were not going to make it due to a technical problem with the conveyor belt on their manufacturing machine. This they could have fixed over night with technicians knowing they had orders for the next day which was a Friday, and this is normally how they handle things by doing repairs over night. Not only were they unprofessional but they failed to deliver on promise which had a material impact on the rest of the processes that had to be carried out that day by other service providers. I ended up having to drive to their site to insist that they still deliver even if it was in the afternoon instead of 08:00 as was initially scheduled. Subsequently I was suppose to get a refund for the surplus concrete that was not delivered and test cubes that were not done. They made me complete a refund form which guarantees a 14working day refund. The 14 days were up by 4th April 2024, but to date I keep following up on my refund which I still have not received. I drove again to them on 9th April 2024 to ask for a statement of account that indicates what is due to me, the statement was only sent on 17th April 2024 and I was promised payment on the 19th April 2024. I called their office to follow up for proof of payment around 09:30 and I was told the people who deal with payments are not in the office for the day therefore their administrator doesn’t know when payment will be done. I told her payments these days can be done from one’s mobile form any location. I haven’t heard from them since the last communication I sent at 11:15 which is when I took to your platform for assistance to get this company exposed and blacklisted for their lack of professionalism and customer exploitation and no business acumen whatsoever.
