Utterly useless and expensive

Absolutely terrible, sometimes non-existent, and expensive service. Completely out of touch with advances in the industry and absolutely zero customer service. Claims to have a 24hr response time, i think at time we waited months. When proceeding to disengage services there was no handover or any assistance to try have ourselves or the new company understand how our system worked to be able to take it forward. Just useless. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
