The wors product in South Africa

For the past year I have been searching for a company that can supply me with a stainless steel or sterling silver Tracheotomy tubes. Finally I have found Lanoy Medical in Midrand. I went into conversation with the company to supply me with the tubes, I even arranged the doctor and hospital en medical aid approval for the tube to be fitted into my neck. After my release from I was told that I can clean the tubes with Savlon and hot water. The first time that I placed the tubes in the Savlon the tubes turned black. I contacted Lanoy and suddenly the told me that I must not use Savlon to sterilize the tubes with. A few days later I noticed that the outer tube that is against my skin and inner trought also started turning black and I started having difficulty breathing and started to cough blood. I had to take out the tubes on my own and replaced it with the old plastic tubes that I still had. I took photo's of the sterling silver tubes and send it to Lanoy too get the problem fix. The rep of Lanoy came to my house and collected the tubes and told me that the company is going to send it back to Germany to the manufacturers to get it sorted out. I am still waiting for my tubes. Shame
