Poor service

On August 2018 i purchased a white Vw Beetle 1.4 Tsi. And everything went well except the ff: 1.the brake light was not working. But they promise to order lights and to contact me wen they receive the lights so even they didnt bother to contact me the sales man is ignoring me when i ask about it. 2.the head light was not in good condition and promised to order it and that they will call when they have it even now m still waiting 3.sales man **** to me that the car still under service warranty but when call to book for service they said its expired.
