my vehicle was towed in to Lannie motors on the 2nd May 2017 at about 13h00 , I called them at about 14h00 to find out if they have managed to diagnose the problem on the vehicle and i was told they havent done that yet and as soon as that is done they will let me know. Just before 17h00 i called them and i was told to wait they will diagnose now and give me feed back, 17h45 i got a call back and i was told my car burst the turbo boost pipe , then i told to see if the warranty would cover that , they came back to me and said its not covered and i asked them to quote me.The next day i got the quote and i was sick and couldnt do a thing.Friday the 5th May i send them an email advising them that they can go ahead and fix the vehicle and they acknowledged just before 13h00 that they will go ahead and order the pipe and fix my car.I didnt get a response from them ,and on the 11th May i gave them a call to ask how far are they only to be told that the pipe will take two to three weeks to arrive because it comes from Germany, i immediately called the Polokwane dealer to find out if they dont have the pipe in stock and they told me they dont have but they could order it and i could get on FRIDAY morning, i called Lannie motors to advise them that i could get the pipe by the next morning to them and they said they have already organised as well for the pipe to be at their workshop the next morning , and i asked them if they get the pipe in the morning roughly what time will my car be ready and i was told it will be ready by 15h00 (12th May 2017). I then drove to Polokwane on friday and round about 11h50 i called Lannie Motors to find out if they received the pipe and they told me they have the pipe and my vehicle was on the ramp and they were working on it . I arrived at Lannie Motors at about 13h50 and went to the workshop only to find my vehicle is not in the workshop ,went to the washbay side and find my vehicle standing there and went and spoke to the service man who in turn told me that the car hasnt been attended to , mind you this is the very same guy who told me the pipe will take two to three weeks as well telling me the very same morning that my car is on the ramp and is been worked on.

i am really disapointed with the pathetic lie service that Lannie Motors give to us as customers.the car has been standing there for almost two weeks without being attended to , i ask myself whats the reason behind keeping our cars in their workshop, and to make matters worse they dont even give you a courtesy car to move around .Please do something Lannie Motors with your service advisers not all of us are blank when we bring our cars into your workshop.
