NEVER BUY FROM LANMIRACLE.COM

I purchased an item on Facebook (Not marketplace) it came as a pop up, I was impressed by the product and seeing as it was on my news feed I thought it would be an authorized dealer from Facebook.

This was done on the 1st of September 2023 (7 to 14 days delivery)

I waited 22 days, contacted this address *** and also got a reply from '***' with the following message

Dear Customer,

Sorry to keep you waiting. Your order hasn't been shipped yet due to the complex process and high technical requirements of this product, the production schedule will take about 1-2 months,so the waiting time is relatively long. We'll ship out as soon as we get them back in stock If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

I waited another 10 days – sent another email and got this reply

Dear Customer,

Sorry to keep you waiting. Due to the increase in sales of this product, the supplier unable to supply it to us in time. This situation is not what we want to see. We will continue to urge them, hope to get your kind understanding. Have a nice day. Best wishes!

I have asked for a refund / my order / or proper feedback. Still nothing, it has now been 60 days and really wanted this item for the opening of my venue 40 days ago
