Be aware of Lanienterprise

I bought a 5 year subscription for McAfee virus protection from Lanienterprise. The setup key that they supp**** takes you to the installation program for McAfee, but the installation don't activate and or install. I am trying to contact them, without any success and they only supply the e-mail address as contact details.
