Been calling to Lanica Debt Recovery for the past 4 weeks, and every time I call, I request for an update on my outstanding balance on my account, and every time I get told a lady by the name of Sne is dealing with my account and it either she's on lunch, busy on a call or not available to speak to and she will send me an email of my outstanding balance. well i'm still waiting for that same email as I was from the beginning of the month.
