Langwood Coatings & Projects defaulting on an agreement

Langwood Coatings & Projects was consulted in September 2025 to waterproof our roof and to repair water damage inside the house. The project was completed the end of October 2025 and payment was made in full. After the project was completed it rained heavily and I noticed there was a new huge waterleak through the ceiling on a part that didn't leak prior to the waterproofing done. The owner was contacted and informed. He agreed to redo the waterproofing on the part of the roof where a new leak started and to repair the subsequent damage to the interior walls at no extra cost as payment was already made in full in October 2025

I have made multiple attempts to contact the owner since January 2026 and unfortunately he has not stick to the agreement and now we still have a leaking roof and major water damage. He is not answering messages to repair the roof and water damage as per the original agteement in November 2025.
