Amazing customer service

I tried ordering an item online yesterday from the factory shop section, but had an issue with the delivery section which would only show "collect" as an option. I emailed the store to explain the issue, and from that point on their responses and replies have been amazing. Once I could successfully place the order I emailed them a screenshot to show it was successful - and their response was an almost immediate email to say my item was being prepared to courier the next day. True to their word I received the email this morning with the courier tracking details. A special mention to Tiegan, you were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using this store again in the future.
