********* and dishonest practice of withholding funds .

Langerry Beachfront Holiday apartment situated in Summerstand , Port Elizabeth are ********* and dishonest. I made a booking for a group of UK students for a 3 week stay , however due to them being ****** they only stayed 2 nights and returned to the UK. This cancellation was beyond our control , however Langerry refuses to refund any the monies paid even though they resold the rooms. In my 23 years in the tourism industry I have never encountered an accommodation establishment or any other service provider ,keeping 100% as a cancellation fee (they have no mention of any cancellation fee in the terms and conditions)
