Rude bus driver on March, 18th 2024 from Mossel Bay to Somerset West

I used this bus service on Monday, the 18th of March from Mossel Bay to Somerset West. The bus driver was extremely impatient and rude to me in front of all the passengers already on the bus! I asked him if I could sit towards the front of the bus since I'm claustrophobic. He pointed to a seat and said in Afrikaans: "Sit tog net!! in a very rude tone. I really felt humiliated!! On the way he fiddled with his phone a few times while driving and went over the reflectors on the side of the road. It was really kind of scary. I will never ever use this bus service again!! There shouldn't have been any stars on this review, but the ladies in the office in Mossel Bay deserve this star because they were very friendly and helpful when I booked the seat.
