No upgrades only downgrades

Since Jan 2026btrying tonuograde my contract. Keep on promising me they will sort it out. Get me all excited for a new device. Only to find out there is a problem. The dont let you know you must ohone the branch again and again. If they answer they will make promises to sort you iut but that never happens.

My contract is done end of month. I am looking for another service provider. MTN is just not the same.
