Disabled Assistance

On Saturday 31 October 2015 I visited the Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay<br> I am disabled and from previous experience I know that they have wheel chairs available.<br> I phoned the management offices of the Mall 10min before my arrival and asked them to<br> bring a wheel chair down to the parking area. When I arrived there was nobody in sight with a wheelchair.<br> I phoned the offices again and informed them that I was in parking area and where I was parked and also<br> the type of vehicle I drive. After 15 minutes of waiting still nobody came with a wheelchair. I once again<br> phoned the offices and waited another 10minutes but still nobody came. I had to ask another person that I do not even know if they can fetch a wheelchair for me from the offices. It only took them 5 minutes to do that.<br> I was highly annoyed with this service.
