WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Worst customer service ever! Booking a 3 month old baby on a seperate part of the bus to her mother. When complaining, being told - don't be cheeky, it will not get you anywhere!!! When complaining to Admin, being told I am lying & my niece being told off for "blabbing" to her family...
