If I could give a 0 star rating I would!!!

This is without a doubt one of THE most useless bus services I have every had the (dis)pleasure of dealing with.

I use them because there are not many other alternatives for the routes I want, but believe me, this will be changing.

75% of the times I have used them, the trip has been delayed by more than an hour, with NO communication from them whatsoever. I have had instances where the driver "forgets" a passenger at one of the stops and leaves without them. I've had instances where tickets were "accidentally" cancelled, almost leaving my young daughter stranded.

Today's debacle: same driver who left a passenger behind at one of the stops has forgotten to do a pick up at the Waterfront so has to go all the way back from Klapmuts, adding an hour at the very least to the journey. How you call yourselves a professional organisation is completely beyond me. I will NOT be using them again, and strongly urge everybody else to avoid them.
