Ride from hell

The bus gave mechanical problems. The bus drove at 35 km/h in the shoulder of the road. The driver was rude. At Albertinia the bus was "in order" to hit the busy N2 again. After complaining and a phone call my daughter was targeted by the bus driver in front of all the passengers. There were NO after hours customer services. When we finally reached the owner she promised to phone me back to assure me that my daughter is safe. I'm still waiting...
