Do not use this shady company

Sitting and waiting for my son to complete his 3 1/ 2 trip from.Paarl to Stilbaai.. No arrival of bus as time stated. Phoned the company. States that the driver took the wrong direction. The travel time is no 6 1/2 hours. Its a minor child. No updat from the company. The owner is so arrogant to read the whataspp messages but dont bother to respond to inform me where my kids is at..Shocking service. Reporting this shoddy service to Dept of Transport
