DO NOT USE THIS BUS! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND.

The worst travel experience. From trying to get my canceled ticket coupon to the bus taking my money and leaving me at the pick up point. Any attempt to get my ticket money back was met with resistance and on my return trip I was bul**** and victimised and harassed on WhatsApp after leaving a negative review on their Google page. DO NOT USE THIS BUS!!! No customer care. Once they've got your money, they don't care one hoot about you as a customer. The was the most horrific experience I've had in over 15 years of travel.
