Call centre and late!!

This is the second year that I have tried booking a place on the bus. I phoned the number on the website they advertise as 24h. A very rude driver answered the phone and said that its not the correct number. I phoned the other number and they sent me back to the advertised nr. Then they let met know an hour before i have to board that the bus is 2 hours late. The ladt who treid to help was nice but when i later tried to contact them no answer at any of their numbers. The service is all out pathetic and i will not recommend using their service.
