Worst December 2015 holiday experience

We had the most disappointing experience with Langebaan Holiday Homes.We booked and paid our holiday home for Dec2015 in March2015.When we arrived on the 24th of Dec in Langebaan to pick up our key the manager of Langebaan Holiday Homes informed us our house in Mykonos is no longer available as the owner decided to come down.She said her office was suppose to notify us.We were absolutely shocked!We specifically booked a house in Mykonos with sea view and walking distance to the beach. We rented this house last year and were so excited to spend our holiday there again!The only house available was located in Langebaan, no sea view, a 15 min drive to the beach and to top it all they only gave us the remote for the garage. So no front door key, no back door key,nothing.At first we did not want to take this place as we would never rent a house in that location or with that layout,but our only other option was to go back home.So we decided to give it a chance.Originally we booked for 11nights but ended up staying only 5days.The contract between this rental company and owner states the following:the owner has permission to go into his house at anytime with only1months notice!never again!
