They dont take responsibility, false advertising and they take forever to refund your deposit

False advertising - what was advertised was not availabe - the house which is supposed to accomodate 11 people had no freezer, oven, main bedroom Tv not working nor was the light. Disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
