Shocking after service & still chasing deposit

Hi all, So this is really just a warning to all that decide to use Langebaan Holiday homes for there next vacation. I would really think twice. I decided to hire a very nice home for myself and a few friends for the weekend and all went well up until it was time to get my deposit back which was a constant fight and has left an absolute sour taste in my mouth. <br> <br> Firstly after my stay I was told I will be receiving my deposit back minus a R30 breakage fee 15 working days after my stay which was fine. 15 working days later I was informed I would not be receiving my deposit due to a noise complaint, which was an absolute shock as besides for watching a rugby world cup game in which of course there would be a bit of cheering at no point did the noise levels get out of hand and we completely toned it down after the game. <br> <br> My warning is to all that decide to use this company as they will make any excuses possible to keep your deposit and when you try contest it with Alet Burger the ops manager will avoid you at all costs no responses to you emails never return my calls and just delaying the process in the hope you will just go away. Really poor after service and end to a great weekend.
