Langebaan Holiday Homes terrible

I booked my in laws at Seehuis 2 weeks ago. The facilities was terrible and we were told the one I originally booked was not available due to ceiling caving in. So they moved them to another Seehuis site. After complaining and being rude, they eventually moved them to another site. They did not sign any new paperwork or was never told that they are charging them extra. So when I eventually get the deposit back, it was shortpaid. They said they did tell us there would be a cost implication. However, that is not true. So now we have to send an email about our unhappiness. What a load of nonsense.
