Langebaan Holiday Homes - Disgusting Service

They highlighted in the terms and conditions that the breakage deposit would be refunded within 10 days. We stayed at accommodation 99 Steps almost 2 months ago and have still not received our breakage deposit of R1500. I have received an email that due to lockdown the payment will be made on 17 April. However, today, 4 May - still nothing.

This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional and their reason for delay is due to the lockdown. The refund should have been done by the 27 March 2020 (this was the first day of lockdown) being the 10th day after our stay. The payment should have already been processed.
