Worst most arrogant manager ever

We phoned a week or 2 ago and made an appointment for 2 people but canceled 2 days later because we couldn't make it for that day. Today the 6/3 a robb who is apparently a manager at the club phoned with a very arrogant way to say that it's unacceptable to not show up and bad mouth my mom even though she canceled a week ago someone didn't do their job and now this arrogant #### is pushing the blame on us. This is the rudest most arrogant person i ever spoke to he isn't a managers ass worth and i will make sure no one i know will ever go to that club again.
