Treated as if you was ********* at a resort

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at the resort Langebaan country estate. My family and my self was basically kicked out of the resort and was treated as if we was ********* become of the colour of our skin I guess. The unit was in a very poor condition the tiles at the main bedroom door was all cracked with a lot of loose pieces that was very dangerous for my little kid to be walking around freely. We had to constantly check and make sure her shoes was on at all times in order that she does not get cut on her feet. The braai was broken, We had to balance a rack on pieces of stones which kept falling off.The unit did not have enough toilet paper for a 8 sleeper unit, a roll in the main room that was quarter and a half used roll in the other bathroom.Saturday evening we called the number on the wall that was for assistance requesting toilet paper, we got screamed at for calling the manager and requesting for toilet papernext morning a man comes to our door demanding that I sign a form and pay him R2500 for key diposit right away.He was threating to bring the security and have us removed from the unit
