Dissapointed with service
I would not recommend renting from this landlord Geoff Mills. After we moved out, our security deposit was withheld based on accusations of hosting a party and we left the house filthy which is completely untrue. We did not play loud music, drink alcohol, or cause any disturbance. yes, we forgot to take out the bins when we left, and we left the food in one pan, but we offered the helper the food that was on the pan and in one plate and she did not have any issues and now we are told we left the kitchen dirty When we tried to calmly explain and ask for clarification or evidence, our concerns were dismissed. Communication was very difficult, and no proper proof of the alleged damage was provided.
