Blacklisted when I'm not owing them anything

This company has blacklisted me when I'm not owing them anything I paid everything due to them more than 1 year ago I am in the position of a proof of payment I have asked them to do a transaction statement however I have been phoning without any help I am busy applying for an accommodation and my applications are being denied becouse of this kindly assist
