Bad service towards an old lady

I'd like to report Estcourt iNkosi langalibalele the Agriculture department.I was not happy with Nonhlanhla Mazibuko's service towards an old lady today.She was not willing to help her and had the nerve to say 'NO' to helping the lady and that she can leave cause she won't help her but she was willing to help the other people that came before her and that was disgusting behavior and I was irritated but I had no say and so I'd like to report her
