Bad driving and report incorrect date of accident

On 28 June 2014, my husband's car was standing still at a stop street. A Langalibalele bus driver came from the west in WF Nkomo street, and wanted to turn into Chroom street to go to Proclamation Hill. He could not get his turn properly, and drove into my husband's car, and as a result the car was written off.<br> <br> We reported this to our insurance, and the Langalibalele company took almost six months to report it to their insurance. Eventually it was reported to their brokers, but the driver gave the wrong date of the accident to them.<br> <br> This is bad driving on the driver's part, and he does not know how to report an accident as well.<br> <br> I suggest this company train their drivers properly to drive, and to report it timeously to their insurance company with the correct date of the accident.
