Shocking service and quality from Lanford Agencies

I Requested Lanford to produce 20 Makarappa hats for me for a prestige client. They comitted the world, and processes were to be followed and they advised that they could do the job. I was overseas, and was sent "the best angle pictures " on production. Never did I realise there was only one person on the project, was never quickly available on contact, sending me pictures along the way of best angles. Then delivery wasnt started 4 days before delivery with all the excuses in the world. We paid them almost 100% of the project up front, and the lack of communications and "oh my phone wasnt with me", I couldnt hear, never saw your missed wassups, and oh Im all alone, and blah blah blah, etc etc. 3 Of the 20 Hats were completed 1 weeks , delivery to client after deadline comittment , and then once my end client got the delivery, and was shocked , I wnet to try and complain to management , on all available company and owber detail emails, these are STILL UNANSWERED. Still today, 5 DAYS AFTER THE SHOCKING DELIVERY. Despite the inferior and poor quality, and blaming all the excuses intstead of being man up. They then decided to deduct R 2800.00 for their pathetic samples from my deposit, and returned the balance back to me, which the client completely rejected. No apologies, no correspondence, nothing from management, What a pathetic company. Would never deal with them again,nor recommend them. Be very careful of what suppliers promise you and what they supply, and the copious amounts of excuses, instead of being professional. So sad, as this was a personal recomendation,, No apologies, just had the audacity to deduct R 2700.00 from my deposit as sample charges...No discussion, nor explanation, and no apology! Terrible business dealings, and the owner boss, who has been cc'd on all the quality issues, doesent give a damn, and nothing back here. Pity.
