SHOCKING EXPERIENCE - LANDY'S SERVICE CENTRE CENTURION

Hi
I sincerely hope that you are able to assist me. I am at my wit's end.
I have (had) a 1997 Discovery v8i 3.9l. I have had this vehicle since day one. It has broken down 4 times in 20 years. It tows a horsebox regularly with absolutely no issues.

I handed it over to Kelvin at Landy's Service Centre Landrover mechanic from Centurion just before Christmas for a service and to bleed the brakes - he drove it from KYalami to Centurion. I did ask him to provide me with a list of anything else that required repairing in order of importance together with a quote. He did so and I accepted the entire quote.
It has now become a comedy of errors:

1. He managed to do something to the immobiliser so the vehicle had to be towed to Landrover for a new immobiliser to be programmed ast my cost.
2. He then replaced the fuel pump which then didn't work so it had to be replaced again - at my cost.
3. He replaced the HT leads twice as well as one or more of the first lot were broken - at my cost.
4. I have had a crash course from him in auto electrics and bridging this and bridging that and blah, blah, blah................ Please bear in mind that he is not an auto electrician
5. I was then advised that all was well and that we could collect the car. My daughter and her friend went to fetch it around 5pm but had to wait until after 6.30pm to take delivery of the vehicle. Full payment of just under R24 000 had to be made first. She drove 2 kms and the vehicle broke down. Needless to say, the mechanic had switched his phone off and she was left stranded on the side of the road in Centurion in the dark. They managed to get it to a nearby petrol station in Centurion where it spent the night.
6. Kelvin fetched it the next morning and he has had it for another two weeks.

He now won't take my phone calls. I get his new foreman who started two days ago and who keeps making excuses about it being an old vehicle and things break - NONSENSE!! THis vehicle was inperfecty runnning order when it left my property. ( I tried reversing the payment but he had insufficient funds in his account. I am now considerably poorer. I do not have a working vehicle. The vehicle I handed over to him would have continued run forever. It may not have stopped until the brakes were bled. I want my vehicle back preferably in working order as that is what I paid for and he has had it for 2 months now. We have incurred costs in show entry fees based on his promises that the vehicle would be ready.
I don't think he knows what he is doing and I don't know what to do from here.
Please bear in mind that he advertises himself as a Landrover specialist and only works on Landrover.

The vehicle was eventually returned to me with petrol in the oil sump. Oil in the sump that had never been replaced despite the vehicle supposedly having been serviced. I draind the oil in the sump because of the strong petrol smell from the dipstick - it was pitch black compared with the transparent oil that was used to refill the sump. Two of my four original Landrover hub caps (round discs in the middle of the wheel rim). The vehicle was returned with a small 610 battery and not the original battery. I then had to pay approx R1500 for a replacement battery of the correct size.
